Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries To Announce Q2 FY25 Results On This Date
Reliance Industries will announce its Q2 FY25 financial results on October 14, 2024, reviewing standalone and consolidated performance. Reliance Industries has scheduled the release of its Q2 FY 2024-25 financial results for Monday, October 14, 2024. Mukesh Ambani led company will examine and approve its standalone and consolidated unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2024.
As per the company's filing on the exchange, "the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, October 14, 2024, inter alia, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024. A presentation to analysts and media on financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 shall be made on the same day after the meeting."
In September, Reliance Industries also announced a 1:1 bonus share issue, boosting investor interest. "The Board of Directors of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) today approved the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. every shareholder holding 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/-each on the record date will receive 1 (one) fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 10/- each. The record date will be separately intimated. The issuance and listing of bonus shares will coincide with the upcoming festive season in India and will be an early Diwali Gift to all our esteemed shareholders," the company stated in the exchange filing.
At the time of filing, the shares of Reliance Industries were trading at Rs 2,768.40, up 0.98 per cent from the previous day. The stock’s 52-week range has seen a high of Rs 3,217.60 and a low of Rs 2,220.30. In the last 1 year, the shares of Reliance Industries have delivered a 19.2 per cent return, according to BSE analytics.

Reliance Industries' Q1 FY25 earnings showed a 5% decline in consolidated net profit, totaling Rs 15,138 crore, compared to Rs 16,011 crore in the same time previous year. Despite this, revenue from operations climbed 12% year on year to Rs 2.36 lakh crore. The consolidated EBITDA for Q1 increased 2% year on year to Rs 42,748 crore.
