Today, we shall discuss about two such IPOs
The Initial Public Offering of JSW Infrastructure Limited and Digikore Studios will open for subscription on Monday, September 25. While JSW Infrastructure intends to raise Rs 2,8000 crores via the IPO, Digikore Studios plans to raise Rs 30.48 crore through the IPO.
Following the subscription and allotment of shares, JSW Infrastructure will list on NSE and BSE. On the other hand Digikore Solutions will list on NSE SME.
Subscription Dates
Both the IPOs will open for subscription on Monday, September 25 and will close on Wednesday, September 27.
Grey Market Premium (GMP)
While the shares of JSW Infrastructure IPO are trading at a premium of Rs 15 to Rs 18 per share in the grey market, the shares of Digikore Studios IPO are trading at a premium of Rs 125 to Rs 140 per share in the grey market, according to several websites tracking grey market premium.
Allotment Date
While the shares of Digikore Studios IPO will allotted to the subscribers on Friday, September 29, the shares of JSW Infrastructure IPO would be allotted to the subscribers on Tuesday, October 3.
Lot Size
The lot size of Digikore Studios IPO is 800 shares. On the other hand, the minimum lot size of JSW I
nfrastructure is 126 shares and the maximum lot size is 1638 shares.
Price Range
The Price Range of Digikore Studios IPO is Rs 168 to Rs 171 per share while the price range of JSW Infrastructure is Rs 113 to Rs 119 per share.
Listing Date
While Digikore Studios IPO will list on the stock exchange on Wednesday, October 4, the shares of JSW Infrastructure IPO will list on Friday, October 6.
