According to a report by GQ, the venue's premium status, revealing a rental cost of Rs 15 lakh per day for Mukesh Ambani's opulent property. Jio World Centre location gained attention following the grand wedding of Mukesh Ambani's son, Akash Ambani, and Shloka Mehta in 2019.
added that it spans across an impressive 37,252 square meters, with a 13,105 square meter turf area, Jio World Garden can host up to 9,000 guests and provides parking for 2,000 vehicles. The premier destination in Mumbai is not limited to weddings; it is also a central spot for a diverse range of events including music concerts, corporate gatherings, product launches, art exhibitions, cultural events, industry awards, and trade shows.
The venue has been a backdrop for major cultural events, notably hosting Ed Sheeran's sold-out Mumbai concert in 2017, a highlight of the Asia leg of the Grammy-winning artist's Divide Tour. According to reports, on days without events, Jio World Garden opens its doors to visitors for a nominal entry fee of Rs 10, and Rs 5 for senior citizens, offering a glimpse into one of Mumbai's most prestigious venues.
