Fatal Accident in Noida Teenager Dead Two Injured As Car Driven By Minor Hits Motorcycle
Noida: A schoolboy on a motorcycle died, and two others riding with him were injured in a crash with a car which was allegedly being driven by a minor in Noida. The minor driver has been taken into custody after the family of the deceased teenager alleged murder, claiming the motorcycle was deliberately hit multiple times.
The incident occurred around 8 am on Monday in Chhapraula village, Sector 168, as the boys were on their way to school. The deceased, identified as Aman Kumar, nearly 15 years old from Sector 135, died at the scene. The other two students were hospitalised and are recovering.
The car involved in the accident was carrying Pramod Sharma, a resident of Mangrauli, and his children. They were en route to a private hospital in Sector 27, where Sharma’s wife has been admitted for two days. The accident occurred on the way to Chhaprauli.

'No Foul Play': Cops

Cops said that there was no foul play, countering claims by some that the collision was intentional. Sharma is an employee at a private motor company.
Additional DCP (Noida) Manish Mishra confirmed an investigation is underway. "CCTV footage showing the car and the motorcycle has been recovered. A complaint has been filed by the family of the deceased," Mishra said. "The family's claim that the motorcycle was repeatedly hit has not been substantiated by the footage. It appears to be a sudden accident, but we are investigating the allegations thoroughly."
The driver, Sharma’s 17-year-old son, is in police custody, and the Maruti Swift involved in the accident has been impounded.
Following the teenager’s death, his family, schoolmates, and some locals protested by placing the body on the road and demanding police action against the "culprits." Police assured that further legal proceedings are ongoing and that the law and order situation is under control in the area.
