Sukhee Box Office Collection Day 2: No Respite For Shilpa Shetty Film, Barely Mints Half A Crore

Shilpa Shetty's Sukhee is being touted as a refreshing change from everything Bollywood that's out there to watch, however, this slice-of-life film has been struggling to find an audience. For the unversed, the movie features Kusha Kapila, Dilnaz Irani, Pavleen Gujral, Chaitannya Choudhry, and Amit Sadh along with Shilpa.

The movie had an underwhelming opening as it only minted Rs 0.3 crore and day 1 at the box office has not been any well. Early estimates suggest that the movie earned Rs 0.4 crore on day 2 and well, the film's two-day total has not touched even a crore. If these numbers continue, there might be no coming back for the film.

After several collaborations earlier like Airlift, Sherni, Chhorii and Jalsa, T-Series and Abundantia Entertainment Production have come together for the entertainer that Sukhee is. The movie marks the directorial debut of Sonal Joshi and is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Vikram Malhotra, and Shikhaa Sharma. The film has been written by Radhika Anand, with the screenplay by Paulomi Dutta.
