Well known director T.S. Nagabharana is set to bring the legendary figure of Nadaprabhu Kempegowda to life on the big screen. After years of planning and speculation, the official first look of the film has now been unveiled. Titled Nadaprabhu Kempegowda, the film stars Daali Dhananjaya in the titular role.

Long Preparation That Lasted For Years

Nagabharana has been passionate about this project for several years, having registered the title with the Film Chamber of Commerce (KFCC) some time ago.
Made under Ishvara Entertainment and Daali Pictures banner, the film is produced by Dr. M.S. Shivrudrappa and Shubham Gundala. The film has the tagline Bangalore Karanika, which translates to as the ‘Man Behind Bangalore’.
Along with direction, Nagabharana has conceptualised, penned the story, screenplay and dialogues for Nadaprabhu Kempegowda. He has been assisted by notable contributors such as Pratibha Nandakumar and researchers Prof. Siddhalingaiah Kambalu, Dr. H.S. Gopal Rao, Prof. Chandrasekhara Ushala, and Dr. Hangu Rajesh.
The film boasts an eminent technical team with music by Vasuki Vaibhav, cinematography by Advaita Gurumurthy, costume design by Nagini Bharana, and art direction by Shasidhara Adapa. Pannaga Bharan serves as the executive producer and assistant director.
While the film's announcement is now official, the film is all set to go on floors once Dhananjaya wraps up Uttarakanda and Anna From Mexico.

More About Dr T S Nagabharana
