Kannada film 'Love Li' completes 25 days of theatrical run.

Despite mixed reviews, the Vasishta Simha-starrer Love Li has completed 25 days since its release. Produced by Ravindra Kumar under the Abhuvanasa Creations banner and directed by debutant Chetan Keshav, the film is currently running in over 30 theatres across the state.

25 Days Event

To commemorate this milestone, the producers organised a celebratory event, honouring the film crew with mementos. The event saw heartfelt speeches from the cast and crew, reflecting on their journey and expressing gratitude.
Lead actor Vasishta Simha thanked the media for their unwavering support and the audience for their enthusiasm. He acknowledged the challenges faced during the film's release and praised Chetan Keshav's directorial debut, which he said had resonated with viewers. However, he also expressed disappointment over the lower-than-expected turnout, urging more support for Kannada films.
"First of all, thank you to everyone who helped us complete our film. The audience who have watched Love Li have appreciated it, but we need more support for Kannada cinema," Vasishta Simha said.

Happy But Disappointed

Director Chetan Keshav, known for his work with prominent directors like Narthan and Prashant Neil, expressed his joy at the positive reception. "This is my first directorial venture, and I'm thrilled with the praise the film has received. But like everyone, I am disappointed with the turnout and hope more people will watch Love Li.
The event also featured remarks from heroine Stefy Patel, veteran actors Dattanna, Cockroach Sudhi, Shekhar, Vardhan, Baby Vamshika, music director Anoop Seelin, lyricist Pramod Maravante, cinematographer Ashwin Kennedy, editor Harish Komme, and sound designer Abhinandan. Director Mahesh Kumar was also in attendance, lending his support to the film.
As Love Li continues its run, the team remains hopeful for increased viewership and support from Kannada audiences.
