ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin exploited NewJeans' parents before HYBE audit?

The HYBE vs ADOR feud continues! Amid the legal dispute, ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin has been accused of exploiting the parents of NewJeans before HYBE's audit.

Min Hee-jin exploited NewJeans' parents before HYBE audit?

As per reports, on March 29, CEO Min Hee-jin had met up with the head of the ADOR unit a day before the NewJeans' parents sent a letter of complaint to HYBE. During their meeting, Min Hee-jin had expressed intentions to utilize the parents of members in their feud with HYBE. "Is this written from the moms' perspectives? We should consider the tone of delivery," the ADOR CEO had suggested, before adding, "We can actively exploit the fact that moms did not sign contracts with HYBE. Are there any clauses worth objecting to?"
Furthermore, reports also claimed that two days before HYBE initiated an audit of ADOR, there were plans to attack the parent company. The members' moms were reportedly going to file a complaint against HYBE with the Fair Trade Commission. "It wouldn't look right for the subsidiary to file a complaint. It's better if the moms criticize. The fact that moms filed a complaint alone will prove innocence. If the subsidiary company complains, there can be accusations of harming the company," it was said.
Responding to the accusation, ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin's representatives stated, "It is not true that the NewJeans parents followed CEO Min Hee-jin's instructions. They were urged to express their anger at HYBE's wrongdoing and voluntarily wrote the letter of complaint to ADOR."

HYBE vs ADOR controversy

HYBE and ADOR have been in the midst of a massive feud since April 22 this year, when HYBE initiated an audit against ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin. The agency accused ADOR's management of devising a plan to gain complete control of the sub-label, leaking sensitive information and attempts to tarnish the reputation of HYBE and its artists.
