Suriya's Kanguva Trailer To Release On This Date!

While Suriya's upcoming much-anticipated film Kanguva is all set for release on October 10, the makers have now announced that the film's trailer will be unveiled on August 12, coinciding with the birthday of the film's director and writer Siva.

The makers of Kanguva took to their social media and shared a really captivating poster while announcing the trailer release date. They jotted down the caption "The anticipation ends now! The time for glory is arriving . Get ready for a celebration like no other. The grand #KanguvaTrailer is all set to be yours from 12th August #KanguvaFromOct10 #Kanguva (sic)"

In a recent interview, Producer KE Gnanavel Raja revealed that the film was going to be two-part film. The producer shared that the film would end with an exciting twist leaving everyone excited for the sequel. He stated that the film's sequel shooting would start by the end of 2025 and Kanguva Part 2 was expected to hit the big screens in the first half of 2027, either in January or the summer holidays.

Kanguva stars superstar Suriya in truly a never-seen-before avatar and it makes his 39th film as a lead. Suriya will be seen in different avatars in the movie.

Apart from Suriya, the film stars Bobby Deol and Disha Patani (in their Tamil debuts), alongside Natarajan Subramaniam, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, Redin Kingsley, Kovai Sarala, Anandaraj, Ravi Raghavendra, KS Ravikumar and BS Avinash. The film has been shot across seven different countries on various continents. The makers had a very specific look in mind, as this was a very unique film showing the prehistoric period. The makers have hired experts from Hollywood for technical departments like action and cinematography. The film will feature one of the biggest war sequences, featuring over 10,000 people.

Studio Green has signed up with top distribution houses to release the film on a massive scale across the globe on October 10, 2024.
