Palak Sindhwani, who played the role of Sonu Bhide in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has finally wrapped up the shoot of the show last night (September 30) in Mumbai. For those who’ve come in late, Palak had an issue with the makers of TMKOC. She accused them of mentally harassing her on the set. Amidst all, Palak shared a bunch of pictures from the sets of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah on Instagram.

Palak Sindhwani penned a long note in which she recalled her journey on the show. She worked with the team for five years. Palak thanked the audience for showering love on her for the past five years.
Palak wrote, “As I wrap up my last day on set, I reflect on the past five years filled with hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Thank you to my amazing audience for the love and support you’ve given me throughout this journey. I’m truly grateful for this journey and the incredible people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’ve learned so much—not just from my fellow actors, but also from everyone behind the scenes, from my hairstylist to the spot team, makeup team and everyone else. Our goodbyes were filled with tears, and I will cherish the wonderful memories we’ve created together as a team.”
Palak concluded the caption by stating that she will take some time to transition back to a normal life. She is ready for the next chapter. “As I take some time to transition back to a more normal life, I will take this time to reflect, relax and recharge to return stronger and ready for the next chapter,” the actress added.
Palak Sindhwani also mentioned that she has decided to let go of everything as she feels she has done right the final shot. “PS - Being an actor, stepping onto the set, means letting go of everything and focusing only on delivering your best and that’s what I did right till the final shot. Finally, for the very last time, tune in to watch my dance performance with Bappa tonight at 8:30 as I bid everyone goodbye!!” (sic)
In an interview with Times Now/Telly Talk India, Palak Sindhwani claimed that TMKOC makers wanted her to share her earnings with them. Palak lashed out at the makers by saying, “They released false media statements about me, saying I have breached the contract. I learn this from the media only. This never came up in five years, but until now. I immediately called up the company rep and asked him, but he had no idea he said. This happened on September 14. I kept shooting for the show and these people were backstabbing me. I tried contacting Asit sir and I was no unwell. I wanted him to give me an explanation and asked him to talk to me urgently. He messaged me saying, 'If someone is available, they'll contact.' Is this how a producer replies? Then he says someone will connect with me five days later and my reply was, 'how am I supposed to work with so much anxiety?' He tells me, 'Work with passion and love'. I cried and I got a panic attack.”
Talking about TMKOC, the show also stars Dilip Joshi, Mandar Chandwadkar, Amit Bhatt, Sonalika Joshi and others in key roles.
