SCAM ALERT! Shagun Sharma EXPOSES A Scammer

Yeh Hai Chahatein actress Shagun Sharma recently exposed an online scammer on Instagram and asked people to beware of him. She revealed the contact number and the name of the person who tried to con her for Rs 18,000. Shagun shared a video of herself naming it as ‘Scam Alert’ on Instagram.

Shagun Sharma captioned the post as, “I have added the Screenshot of the message that was sent to me by that man. He says his name is ANIL KUMAR and this is his number. 8374467814 please block this number everywhere Including Gpay. Stay Safe. Stay aware.”

In the video, Shagun said, “I received a call from an unknown number and the person said to me that I owe my dad Rs 12,000. He said, ‘Unka number nahi lag raha hai or na hi Gpay chal raha hai to kya mai apke account me 10,000 or 2000 karke 2 transactions kar du.’ I was busy at that time, so I said, okay you can do. First he asked me if I received 10,000 then he asked me if I received 2000. I told him that oh no you have sent 20,000 instead of 2000. So, he said please return me 18,000 on this Gpay number. I suddenly sensed something is fishy and disconnected the call. Post that, I contacted my parents and asked them if someone owed money to them and they refused. When I checked the message again carefully, I got to know that it wasn’t from the bank, in fact, it was from that person’s number only.”

Later, the fraudster called Shagun again but this time, she scolded him badly and warned him about giving his number to the cops. Well, the Yeh Hai Chahatein actress was completely baffled by the incident, as she urged fans to beware of such fraudsters on social media.
