Gary Oldman open to return to Harry Potter universe
On the red carpet at the 76th Emmy Awards, the Oscar winner said that no one had approached him yet for the series. The film franchise, starring Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, featured the who's who of the British industry from the late Richard Harris to Maggie Smith. Oldman's spy drama Slow Horses earned its first Emmy on September 15 after nine nominations. Writer and creator Will Smith won Outstanding Writing on Drama Series for the episode, Negotiating with Tigers. Oldman and his co-star Jack Lowden were both nominated in the lead and supporting actor categories respectively.
