Popular YouTuber Edgar Landaverde is suspected to have died of a heart attack because of his obesity. Thirty-seven-year-old Landaverde, known for his online food reviews, was popularly known as Callejas 503. According to experts, obesity is a major factor for the increase in heart-related diseases, especially heart attacks and strokes, as it puts a lot of pressure on your heart and blood vessels. A 37-year-old popular social media influencer, known for doing online food reviews has died tragically, his family has revealed. Edgar Landaverde, also known as Callejas 503, was famous for making food video logs while visiting local joints and sharing them with his fans online.
Even though the cause of his death has not been revealed, media and speculate he would have died of a heart attack because of his obesity.
"It is a painful truth for the family, but we are making it public to all media: our beloved Callejas 503 has left this world. We thank each one of you for the love and support you have shown him,” Landaverde’s family wrote on Instagram.
At the time of his death, Landaverde, a native of El Salvadore had more than 178,000 YouTube subscribers after he began his channel in 2012. He would document food reviews, travel moments, and funny bits from his daily life.

Get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week

Maintaining a healthy weight for your body type is extremely important as being obese puts extra stress on your heart and blood vessels.
