the best time to consume apple cider vinegar depends on your goals and needs. Here are some common practices:
  • Weight loss: Drink 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water before meals to help with weight loss.
  • Digestion: Take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before bedtime to aid digestion and relieve symptoms of indigestion and bloating.
  • Blood sugar control: Drink 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before meals to help lower blood sugar levels.
  • Energy and immunity: Take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning to boost energy and immunity.
  • Before exercise: Drink 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with water 30 minutes before exercise to improve performance and reduce muscle soreness.
  • Before bed: Take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before bed to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality.
She further added, "Remember to always dilute apple cider vinegar with water (50/50 or more water) and start with small amounts to avoid side effects."

She further added that in case you want to consume it on an empty stomach, dilute apple cider vinegar before consuming. This will minimize its side effects. Add 1 tablespoon of ACV to a big glass of water. The main goal of this dilution is to reduce the acidic levels of lo pl ACV and also safeguard your teeth and digestive system. Prolonged exposure to ACV can negatively impact your teeth causing tooth enamel and erosion. To avoid this, you can try drinking diluted ACV with a straw to reduce the risk of enamel erosion.
She said, "Make sure to rinse your mouth after drinking ACV to flush out the remaining acid. Do not go overboard with consuming ACV, always start slow to make your body and digestive system habituated. You should probably avoid drinking diluted ACV on an empty stomach if you have a sensitive stomach as you can have abdominal distress. Try eating small snacks before drinking apple cider vinegar to reduce digestive problems. It is better to consult an expert before having ACV."
