“Violations of the instructions regarding DJ Systems and Firecrackers will lead to penal action under the following provisions of Hyderabad City Police Act, 1348 Fasli, BNS (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita), BNSS (Bharatia Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita), Environment Protection Act, 1986, Noise Pollution (Regulation & Control) Rules, 2000, and Hyderabad City Loudspeakers (Regulation of use and licensing) Rules, 1963,” the notification read.
A 50-year-old woman was brutally killed by unknown robbers who looted gold and other items from her home. The accused robbers killed the woman, identified as Sharada, in her residence in Qutbullapur.
Dundigal police reached the spot and shifted the dead body to a local government hospital for a post-mortem examination. A case has been registered and further probe is on.
The case comes amid an ongoing probe into the gruesome murder of a woman in Bengaluru. The killer chopped her body into 32 pieces and stuffed it into the refrigerator at her home. The neighbours noticed a foul smell coming from her home. First they thought it was from rotten food but when it became unbearable, they informed the landlord.
The landlord opened the flat with a spare key and found blood around the fridge and was shocked to see body parts inside it. The elder sister of the woman was informed about the same and she informed her parents.
