Actor Darshan Faints In Bengaluru Jail Amid Renuka Swamy Murder Investigation
Darshan was arrested on June 11 from Mysuru in connection with Renukaswamy murder case.
Darshan Parappana has been lodged in Agrahara Central Prison in Bengaluru.
Bengaluru: Kannada star Darshan Thoogudeepa, who was arrested in connection to the Renuka Swamy murder case in June this year, fainted inside the Bengaluru jail on Tuesday. His health reportedly deteriorated recently following which he fainted.
Darshan Parappana has been lodged in Agrahara Central Prison in Bengaluru. As reported, Darshan was feeling unwell for the last few days due to which he fainted in jail.
Darshan remains in judicial custody, along with his friend Pavithra Gowda and 15 others, as their involvement in the Renukaswamy murder case continues to be investigated. Their custody has been extended until August 14.
Darshan was arrested on June 11 from Mysuru in connection with Renukaswamy murder case. His friend Pavithra Gowda has been named as prime accused in the case. It is alleged that Renukaswamy, a resident of Chitradurga, was kidnapped and murdered. His body was found in Bengaluru which led to a case of murder being registered followed by a series of arrests including Darshan Thoogudeepa.
