Rahul Gandhi's Scooter Ride With College Students In Jaipur Goes Viral | Watch

Jaipur: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who is on a day-long visit to Jaipur was seen enjoying a scooter ride today. A video of the Congress leader riding pillion on a woman college student's scooter has gone viral. In the 13-second clip, Rahul Gandhi is seen riding the scooter alongside students, teachers, and his security team. Prior to the scooter ride, he interacted with students at Maharani College and distributed two-wheelers to meritorious students, news agency ANI reported.

The Gandhi scion was seen interacting with the student in photos he shared on X. "Empower women like Mimansha Upadhyay, and they'll lead our country to a brighter future," he wrote.

Upon his arrival at the Jaipur airport, Rahul Gandhi was welcomed by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Sukhjinder Randhawa, convener of the core committee for state polls, and Govind Singh Dotasra, the party's state unit chief.

Together with Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge, he laid the foundation stone for the new Pradesh Congress Committee building and addressed a public rally in the state, which is scheduled for elections later this year.

During his address to Congress workers, Rahul Gandhi advocated for a caste census and questioned why Prime Minister Narendra Modi was hesitant about it. He also called for the immediate implementation of reservation for women in Lok Sabha and state assemblies. Rahul Gandhi mentioned that when he raised the issue of a caste census in Parliament, BJP MPs attempted to silence him, highlighting the ongoing ideological battle between the BJP and the Congress.
