Tiffin IED Detected Near Dul Hasti Power House in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar; Area Cordoned Off
A tiffin IED was detected near the Dul Hasti power house in the Kishtwar district of the Jammu division on Monday. After receiving the information, authorities rushed to the spot.

Kishtwar: Major tragedy was averted by security forces by timely detecting and defusing tiffin improvised explosive device (IED) planted by terrorists near Dul Hasti Power House in Kishtwar.
This way security forces in Kishtwar foiled a terror attack after detecting and neutralising a huge quantity of explosive-laden tiffin IED in the Hasti area - 12 km away from Kishtwar town.
An IED was planted 700 metres away from the power-house of the 390 MW Dool-Hasti power project.
Ground Report by Times Now:
Following specific inputs, Kishtwaf police along with 26 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) launched a search operation in the area. Sniffer dogs were also pressed into service and finally during the process security forces spotted a tiffin IED.
Immediately after that area was cordoned and the bomb disposal squad was called.
Some material along with 20-25 metre wire, some fuse conductors, a tiffin box type canister, a battery and a bucket was found.
Senior police officials confirmed to Times Now about neutralising the IED from near the Hasti area.
