This innovative space is dedicated to teaching the art and techniques of pizza making, with the goal of reducing the prevalent practice of poaching talent within the industry.

There’s hardly anyone who wouldn’t love a well-done Pizza, its surely one of our true love. Always on the hunt for the best slices in the capital, we stumbled upon Leo’s Pizza Lab and yes to give a little background Leo’s pizzeria has been making waves since it opened its doors in December 2016. This pizza lab located in Chattarpur, has set itself apart from the thin-crust trend sweeping the city.
As we arrived, the pieces of the puzzle started to come together. The inviting aroma of pizza greeted us, but we took a moment to appreciate the cozy interior. Wooden benches, warm lighting, a photo wall dedicated to the pizzeria’s namesake dog and his friends, and a striking wood-fire oven create a welcoming atmosphere. Ready for a culinary journey through Italy, we sat down with the man behind it all, Amol Kumar, to learn more about this charming pizzeria.

Amol has been a pizzaiolo for over eight years
‘Leo’s at 621’ that is an innovative culinary concept designed to revolutionize the pizza experience for food lovers throughout the city, talking about the concept and the idea Amol explains that “We offer monthly sessions for pizza enthusiasts, open to everyone interested. To join, simply reach out to the team and sign up. Each three-hour session, led by me and provides a detailed, step-by-step guide to making pizza. This unique concept is the first of its kind in India."
Amol who has studied hospitality in Switzerland and then went do his internship at M?venpick, Geneva; says his mentors were harsh and that experience made him believe that he was not made for the kitchen which doesn’t stand true if we see today. As a pizzaiolo for over eight years he really wants Delhi to eat the best Pizza with all the right ingredients.
