Pickleball, despite being a relatively new sport, has gained a lot of popularity. However, what many people may not realize is that it is also an incredible way to work out. This was after a recent study found that singles pickleball is the number one workout out of all racquet sports. As per the research, it pipped singles tennis, racquetball, and squash.
While doubles pickleball is still a great workout, it is not as demanding as singles. The study also deduced that competitive tennis is more taxing than squash or racquetball, although the intensity of those sports may vary depending on the participants' skill levels.

Basic Rules Of Pickleball
Serve: In pickleball, serve is an important aspect, but players need to remember that it has to be handled underhand. Not only that but it must also be served below the waist. Furthermore, the service needs to be executed diagonally to the opponent’s service court, and the server must stand behind the baseline at the time of serving.
Non-Volley Zone (NVZ): The NVZ, also known as the “Kitchen,” is near the net. Players are only allowed to hit the ball if it bounces inside the NVZ. A fault will occur if a player stands on the NVZ and hits a volley.
Rules: Here comes the most important part: The game is 11 points, and the winning side must maintain a two-point margin.
