Sean Herman, a former Nashville police officer, has been arrested for participating in an OnlyFans video. The 33-year-old was taken into custody at his Sumner County home on two counts of felony official misconduct.
On May 8, detectives from the Specialized Investigations Division discovered the video and identified Herman as the individual wearing an MNPD uniform. In the clip, titled "Can't believe he didn't arrest me," Herman is seen performing a mock traffic stop. During the OnlyFans skit, he "gropes the exposed breast of the female driver," police said.
The investigation revealed that the clip was filmed on April 26 in a warehouse parking lot in the Madison area. A day after he was identified, Herman was decommissioned from his duties.
"His actions were totally outrageous and incredibly disrespectful to every MNPD employee and this agency as a whole," MNPD's spokesperson told FOX 17 News at the time.
Metro Nashville police mentioned that it was unclear if Herman was on duty while shooting the video.
"That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and, by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency," police spokesperson Don Aaron told NewsChannel5.
According to reports, Herman had been with the police department for three years and was most recently assigned to the Madison precinct.
“Chief (John) Drake directed that the investigation continue after Herman was fired, resulting in his indictment. A criminal court judge set Herman’s bond at $3,000,” MNPD said on Thursday after his arrest.
