Honda Elevate Now Of Offer In CSD

Compact SUV Honda Elevate is now available in CSD for the members of the Indian Armed Forces. The Honda Elevate is powered by a DOHC L15B 1.5 L i-VTEC engine churning out 119.34 bhp and 145 Nm of torque. This is mated to a 6-speed MT and a 7-speed CVT.

Honda Elevate Now Of Offer In CSD

Honda has today announced that its global compact SUV, Elevate will now be available in CSD (Canteen Store Departments) across India. The vehicles in CSD are available for members of the Indian Armed Forces.
Japanese carmaker Honda has today announced that its compact SUV, Elevate is now available for the members of the Indian Armed Forces via CSD. Sharing this information the company has shared that it is offering both the MT and the CVT versions of this SUV in CSD.
Honda has also shared that it will also be offering the top of the line variants of this SUV equipped with advanced safety features like Honda Sensing in CSD. The Honda Sensing is available in the top end ZX MT & ZX CVT variant of the Elevate.
The Elevate is the company’s first true global compact SUV which was first unveiled and launched in the Indian market last year. Then the company went on to introduce the Indian made Elevate rebranded as the WR-V in its home country, Japan and recently the company introduced this SUV in the South African market as well.
The Honda Elevate is built on the company’s ACE architecture and it comes equipped with the company’s proven DOHC L15B 1.5 L i-VTEC engine churning out 119.34 bhp and 145 Nm of torque. In the Elevate this engine is offered either with a 6-speed MT or a 7-speed CVT.
The Elevate is a SUV of decent proportions and it measures 4312 mm in length, 1790 mm in width and stands 1650 mm tall. It has a wheelbase of 2650 mm and has a ground clearance of 220 mm.
In the Indian market the Honda Elevate competes with the likes of Citroen C3 Aircross, MG Astor, Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, VW Tiguan and Skoda Kushaq.
