BEL Dividend 2024 Fixed! Defence PSU Announces Cash Rewards for Shareholders

BEL Dividend 2024: PSU aerospace and defence electronics company Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has announced to reward shareholders with a dividend for the financial year 2023-24. The company board informed shareholders through an exchange filing about the payment of a final dividend of 80 per cent to the investors.

The board of directors of the PSU BEL at their meeting held on 20th May (Monday) recommended a final dividend of 80 per cent to the shareholders. A dividend amount is always calculated on the face value of a stock and not on the market price. The face value of each stock of the PSU stock BEL is Re 1 which translates to a dividend payment of Rs 0.80 per equity share of Re 1 each fully paid-up for the financial year 2023-24. The dividend is subject to approval by the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, the company said in a statement.
