Jared Leto, on Thursday, teased fans with a glimpse of the upcoming installment in the Tron franchise, Tron: Ares, currently in production in Vancouver. The actor shared a first look at his character, Ares, a computer program embarking on a perilous mission to introduce artificial intelligence to humanity. Tron: Ares features Leto in the titular role, alongside a stellar ensemble cast including Greta Lee, Evan Peters, Hasan Minhaj, Jodie Turner-Smith, Arturo Castro, Cameron Monaghan, and Gillian Anderson.

Production Details

Directed by Joachim R?nning, known for his work on Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, production for Tron: Ares faced delays due to the SAG/AFTRA strike last year but commenced in January 2024.
