A Fun Poster Reveal

The actor took to his Instagram account to release an interesting poster that shows him as Yama, the Hindu God of Death on his signatory buffalo ride along with Saiju Kurup beside him, possibly essaying the role of Chitragupta. The poster also features other actors in the film, namely Aju Varghese, Indrans, Johny Antony, Vijay Babu, Gregory, Jude Anthany Joseph, Ramesh Pisharody, Azees Nedumangad and Shaju Sreedhar. He posted a fun yet cryptic introduction to the film in Malayalam that told the readers that the original owners of 'Thankakudam' were coming to retrieve it no matter where it was hidden - be it a police station, or the depths of hell. He then wrote, "Happy to launch the first look poster of ‘KAALANTE TANGAKUDAM’ - written, edited and directed by NITISH KTR.. (sic)"

An Experienced Crew

The debutant director was the editor of the Malayalam horror thriller Phoenix. Vijay Babu is producing the film, which has music by Rahul Raj and cinematography by Sajith Purushan. Co-written by Sujin Sujathan, the film is set to start rolling soon. From the poster, it looks like a quirky fun entertainer.
Indrajith was recently seen in the Arun Bose-directorial Marivillin Gopurangal. The actor is also part of his brother’s directorial Lucifer's sequel L2: Empuraan, in which he is expected to reprise his character, Govardhan.
