Dhanush's D52 Is Now Titled Idly Kadai
Actor Dhanush has announced the title of his next film on X, along with a concept poster. The film directed by Dhanush, will star him in the lead. The rest of the cast is yet to be revealed. GV Prakash Kumar composes the film’s music. Read on to know more about the film.
Dhanush in Idly Kadai
Dhanush, who was last seen Raayan, has announced the title of his 52nd film and 4th directorial venture.
DD4 or D52 is now titled Idly Kadai.
This will be Dhanush's fourth directorial project, after Pa Paandi (2017), Raayan (2024), and the upcoming film Nilavukku En Mel Ennadi Kobam (NEEK).

Taking to his X account, Dhanush shared Idli Kadai’s concept poster with the caption, “#D52 #DD4 Om Namashivaaya (folded hands and heart emojis).” The poster shows a food cart against a starry night. A silhouette shadow of a vendor can be seen, while another man watches him.

About Idly Kadai
It is rumoured that Nithya Menen, Ashok Selvan and Arun Vijay will play key roles in the film. However an official announcement is yet to be made.
GV Prakash Kumar composes the film’s music, Kiran Koushik is the cinematographer, and Prasanna GK is the editor.
Aakash Baskaran of Dawn Pictures produces the film with Dhanush’s production house Wunderbar Films.
Dhanush is currently shooting his third directorial, Nilavukku En Mel Ennadi Kobam. The film stars Pavish, Anikha Surendran, Priya Prakash Varrier, Matthew Thomas, Venkatesh Menon, Rabiya Khatoon, and Ramya Ranganathan in key roles.
