Kyle Yates, a well-known professional pickleball player, will visit the town next week, which will be an amazing treat for pickleball lovers, fans, and residents alike. Yates, a seven-time US Open Pickleball Champion and four-time USA Pickleball National Champion, from 2016 to 2019, the World Pickleball Federation ranked him as the top player. He will give a free demonstration at The Picklr Loveland on March 5th.

The Event Details

The celebration begins at 4:30 p.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony to reveal recent enhancements at The Picklr Loveland, located at 3137 N. Garfield Ave. Following the ribbon-cutting, Kyle Yates will take centre stage, demonstrating his extraordinary talents and strategies in the rapidly developing sport of pickleball.
The public is welcome to attend the demonstration, which will take place between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. Participants will get to see Yates' skill at the game, pick his brain for advice, and participate in open play.
However, that's not all! The occasion offers an additional opportunity to browse the recently remodelled pro shop, which now features a larger assortment of pickleball basics, equipment, supplements, and paddles.
"Many of our players come straight from work and need a dedicated place to change and keep their valuables safe," said Jim Lautenheiser, one of The Picklr's co-owners, in a press statement. "This locker room provides that space for them."
Yates has played a major role in improving the pickleball scene in the state since moving to Colorado from Florida in 2023. His objective? To provide top-notch training and event planning throughout all Colorado The Picklr franchises. Yates has led his team to successfully organise multiple professional and club member events. Their next big event is set to take place in Loveland on April 18-21.
The organisation in charge of the Colorado Picklr sites, the Colorado Pickleball ADA, has big intentions. Their goal is to give the state access to more organised recreational possibilities, such as sizable pickleball tournaments that draw spectators and players from other states. The Colorado pickleball community is exciting and ready for growth, with Kyle Yates at the forefront.
Loveland is thrilled to welcome the legendary pickleball player Kyle Yates, who is well-known for his lively community events.
